Service Rates & Terms
Labor Rate
Our standard labor rates for repairs or service work are competitive and based on the type of work being performed.
Labor Charges
Labor is billed in 15-minute increments, with a minimum labor charge of half an hour for in-shop work and one hour for field service.
Trip Charges
For on-site service, there is a standard trip fee. If your location is further than usual, additional charges may apply based on distance.
Warranty on Work
We stand behind our workmanship for 30 days, as long as the equipment hasn’t been misused or neglected.
Declined Service
If you choose not to move forward with service after receiving an estimate, we’ll apply the shop labor charges applicable to the estimate. If we need to reassemble your equipment after the estimate, there will be an additional fee.
Priority/After-Hours Service
For repairs outside of regular hours or if you need priority service, the rates will be higher than normal.
Unclaimed Equipment
If repaired or serviced equipment is left at a SupplyDen location for more than 60 days, the equipment becomes the property of SupplyDen.
